Here are some of the best Twitter reactions to the big Facebook & Instagram outage

In case you missed it – though we can’t imagine how – Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram were down for a good part of the day and to say that it was dramatic, would almost be an understatement. Twitter, on the other hand, was still up and thriving during what some may call an incredibly dark time in the webspace and man, are we glad they were.

On Twitter, those who felt abandoned or betrayed by one or all of the Zuckerberg-owned platforms we’re able to share their thoughts through memes or in 170 characters or less.

In doing so, they gave devoted users a mad finger workout, new users a window into the bird brand of humor, old users who reactivated their accounts a bit of nostalgia and us with some quality content.
