Love all things Hello Kitty and Sanrio universe? Get excited because the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is coming back to Washington not once, but twice this summer.
If you missed the experience in Bellevue at the start of June, you don’t want to miss these ones. Here’s where to find the trucks, and what we know about the pop-up cafes coming to Washington.
The Hello Kitty Cafe vehicle will be returning in August, stopping in Tacoma as well as Spokane.

On Saturday, August 10th, the Truck will be at the Tacoma Mall, near the Cheesecake Factory.
It will be there between 10 am to 7 pm, and you’ll be able to pick up some “super cute treats & merch, while supplies last!”
And then on Saturday, August 24th, the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck will be returning to Spokane. There you will find it at River Park Square, at the South Mall Entrance near Anderson & Co.
The Spokane Truck hours will also be between 10 am to 7 pm.
According to its website, the Hello Kitty Cafe first began its journey with the Hello Kitty Truck in 2014.
“This success led to the first-of-its-kind Hello Kitty Cafe Pop-Up Container in 2016 and the Hello Kitty Mini Cafe set within malls or lifestyle centers across the US.”
At the Cafe Truck, you will find items like the “hello kitty cafe giant chef cookie” for $15! These cafe treats are usually the draw at these trucks.
Note, they do not accept cash so be sure to pack your credit card.
