If you’re looking for a magical winter experience, the skating trail in Colonel Samuel Smith Park in Etobicoke is the perfect choice. The waterfront park is known for its diverse vegetation and wildlife and offers stunning wintery views. The skating trail is next to the Power House Rec Centre, which has washrooms and a place to warm up. Make sure you bring your own skates since rentals aren’t currently available!

Holiday Nights of Lights

This immersive drive-through Christmas lights extravaganza is sure to wow the whole family. More than 1,000,000 LED lights are animated and synchronized to your favorite Holiday tunes, so turn up the volume and roll down the windows because this dazzling display only happens once a year!

Markham Christmas Tree Market

This festive event will be open every weekend this season, up until Christmas Eve. You can stop by to explore loads of exciting attractions like midway rides, train rides, hot chocolate stands, food trucks, and more. You can even pick out a Christmas tree to take home with you!

The 10Below Icewine Lounge is a winery experience like no other. The entire place is kept a brisk 10°C below zero, to ensure they harvest the perfect ice wine grapes.
