Get taken away into the Enchanted Forest this winter with Glow!
Glow Edmonton is returning for another year of lights galore, featuring over one million lights this year! Full of activities and events for all ages, Glow is a fantastic holiday event to have on your radar. Not only is this its biggest year yet, but it’s introducing its new theme for 2025, the Enchanted Forest.
“Step into the Enchanted Forest, where nature sparkles with wonder and magic fills the air. Wander through towering trees that whisper ancient secrets, follow glowing streams that hum with melody, and encounter giant, gentle creatures who call this forest home,” it teases on its website.
Glow kicks off with Glow After Dark on Saturday, Nov. 29, for those 18 and older. If you’re looking to get away from the children and have a more intimate evening, this one might be for you.
The big shebang comes into play on Dec. 4, where you can purchase timed entry tickets for you to hop into the madness and enjoy as you please.
Once you’re inside, the fun begins.
The real beauty lies in all the light displays, with some interactive ones as well. This vibrant display will take your breath away!
In terms of activities, there is magic for every age! Whether it’s Santa’s sleigh VR Ride, visiting with the Glow Princesses prancing around, or taking a ride on the famous train, Glen the Glow-comotive, there are endless possibilities for fun.
There’s also the Glow Stage, which features exciting theme days and non-stop entertainment for the whole family. From Ugly Sweater Couture to an Enchanted Princess Ball, this party just doesn’t end.
If you get hungry, there’s no shortage of food options. There will be five unique food trucks offering over 100 delicious menu options, even options for the younger ones.
