Here’s where you can enjoy free yoga in the park in Seattle

Workouts can be expensive. That’s why we love free workout classes in the city! And if you enjoy yoga, there is a free series you should know about. Yoga in The Park takes place weekly, and here’s what to know.

On Thursday nights, you can join 1,000 Seattle yogis as part of the “largest yoga event series in the country!”

Taking place at Gas Works Park, Yerbana Yoga in The Park is presented by the Lululemon Summer Series, and invites seasoned yogis as well as anyone new to the practice to check it out.

“Get ready to flow through energizing sequences surrounded by hundreds of friends and fellow yoga enthusiasts. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a newbie, this event is perfect for everyone,” states organizers.

“Breathe in the fresh air and soak up the summer vibes while moving your body and calming your mind.”

You will need to bring your own mat and water bottle for this outdoor experience.

At each event, there will be vendors of local goods to also check out.

While it is free, you can RSVP to be entered to win prizes like yoga gear and gift cards.
