Vancouver is getting two car-free days this September: One on Commercial Drive on September 7th, and one on Main on September 15th, all with plenty of family fun, food, and live entertainment.

One of the most iconic biking events is finally back in the city this summer after a five-year hiatus. Vancouver’s “Bike the Night” is back and better than ever, with a nighttime ride planned for this upcoming month by HUB Cycling.

With dozens of Japanese food and arts vendors to peruse, visitors will have plenty to uncover at the upcoming Japan Market.

A free all-day, multi-stage festival is coming to the Shipyards this upcoming month that you won’t want to miss. Live music, beer garden, pop-up market, family activities – the whole ‘shebang!’

Looking ahead to the end of the month: Get ready to ring in the new season with a ton of handcrafted gifts, pottery, jewelry, fall decor, and more – by over 90 local makers and artists. The Vancouver Etsy Co. fall pop-up market is back from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday, September 23rd at Robson Square.

Vancouver’s newest public marketplace is almost here, which will feature a mix of rotating food trucks, artisan vendors, and live entertainment. Oh, and refreshing sips from the market’s ‘Sipping Container!
Taking place at Granville Square from June 28th to September 29th, Junction Public Market will operate from Tuesday through Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm, including holiday Mondays.
