Festivals and Events Ontario has officially unveiled its highly anticipated annual list, spotlighting the top 100 across the province for 2025. Among the standout selections, 13 events from Toronto and the surrounding area have earned a well-deserved place on the list.
Making its highly anticipated return in 2025, FEO has once again unveiled the very best experiences that Ontario has to offer. This carefully curated selection highlights the most exciting and memorable experiences across the province.
“Festivals and events of all kinds from every corner of Ontario were represented in the submissions – from community festivals to internationally recognized events,” shares organizers. “The 2025 Top 100 Awards were given out on Wednesday, Feb. 26 during FEO’s Annual Conference “SYNERGY” in Kitchener, Ont.”
In the fall of 2024, FEO members had the opportunity to submit their entries for consideration. Each submission was carefully evaluated by an independent panel of judges, ensuring a fair and thorough selection process.
Voted entries are split up by region — 13 to be exact. That includes the Southwest Ontario Tourism Region, Niagara Falls and Wine Country Tourism Region, and of course, the Greater Toronto Area Tourism Region.
This year’s list saw 13 events make the cut for the GTA, just like the year prior.

Compared to last year’s list, the 2025 version includes Toronto’s beloved CNE, along with the Festival of South Asia, Pumpkinfest Toronto and the Canadian International Airshow.
With the first day of spring just a few days away, we’re looking forward to these and all the annual events Toronto is known for.
