FanDuel is enhancing the Toronto soccer experience with exclusive prop bet feature

The world’s biggest soccer tournament is officially underway, and fans across Canada are more hyped than ever to see their favourite team take to the pitch.

The big tournament is where fans from every background and culture can come together and celebrate. And it’s that sentiment that sparked FanDuel’s latest campaign: We All Speak Footy.

Recently, FanDuel launched Dual Fan, a limited scarf series inspired by fans who proudly carry heritage and home at the same time. Each scarf featured both Canada and one flag from another competing nation. They were designed to be a visible symbol of Canada’s identity, community, and self-expression. The brand then took to the streets of Toronto with a Fan Duel-wrapped streetcar for an epic giveaway!

Now, it’s giving fans another way to embrace the soccer season.

So, what’s it all about? With FanDuel’s Super Sub feature, if a player in your play prop bet is substituted during a match, the player who replaces them automatically takes over the prop bet! That’s helping keep fans in the game and provides greater flexibility when betting on play props during the tournament.

That means your bet isn’t tied to one player, and carries on when their replacement takes to the field. The bet simply transfers over, giving you a chance to still win — even after your OG player leaves the match.

And since it’s an automatic transfer, there is no action needed, aka you don’t have to do anything.

Enhance your game day experience with FanDuel

No matter if a player is injured or the coach changes game tactics, your bet with FanDuel is safe thanks to Super Sub. It’s just one feature that FanDuel is offering so fans can get the most out of their game day experience.

Download the FanDuel Sportsbook app and explore tournament betting markets to keep that fan energy!
