If you’re on the job market, one of the highest-rated airlines in the world is hiring and they’re holding a job fair in the city this August. An Emirates job fair will take place in Calgary and cities across Canada in an effort to bring on new cabin crew members to serve its network of over 150 cities across 85 different countries around the world.
Emirates is one of two flagship airlines in the United Arab Emirates and was named the fourth-best airline in the world last year by SkyTrax. So, in terms of travelling – it’s definitely up there on the list of quality, reliable airlines.

As such, Emirates says they’re looking to recruit people who are, “passionate about delivering simple yet personalized and impeccable hospitality while creating memorable moments for its customers.”
Ideal candidates will also be able to take control when managing aircraft services and safety procedures.
So, what’s in it for you? A tax-free salary and excellent medical coverage, for starters. The company also covers accommodation and transport to and from work and exclusive discounts on shopping and leisure activities in Dubai.
The concessional travel benefits only sweeten the pot. You can learn more about Emirates’ benefits at the job fair, or read up on them here.
To be considered, applicants must be prepared to spend a full day at the venue, and are encouraged to pre-register. Those interested can submit their curriculum vitae (CV) in English with a recent photo.
If you don’t find what you’re looking for at the job fair, you can also check out Emirates’ open positions page for more roles. Those interested can review the eligibility criteria and apply online and read more about it on their website.
