The Oilers will be holding a FREE autograph session this week & Connor McDavid will be there

Hockey lovers, get your posters, cards, jerseys and pucks ready! This month, for the very first time since the 2019 – 2020 season, West Edmonton Mall will host their big Edmonton Oilers autograph session.

A tradition celebrated by fans for years, this tabletop meet and greet will kick off at 6 pm on November 17th and will run until 8 pm in the evening – though you’ll have to line up far earlier than that to catch all your favourites.

As per a recent press release, the mall is allowing those interested to get in line as early as 6 am – but it will be worth it!

“We are excited to partner with WEM once again to bring back the Oilers autograph session,” said Stew MacDonald, President of OEG Sports and Entertainment.

“The Oilers autograph session has deep roots with WEM dating back to the 80s, and we know how much this event means to fans across Oil Country. The players are also looking forward to this event as it’s a great opportunity for them to connect directly with their fans.”

Of course, before you go, there are a few things worth noting!

First, there will be a limit of one autograph per person, per player. Second, posed photo ops will not be available and lastly – special regulations will be in place for Connor McDavid’s and Leon Draisaitl’s autograph stations.

Due to ‘anticipated demand,’ only the first 400 people in line will be guaranteed a stop at their respective stations and – McDavid will only be signing custom Upper Deck cards provided at the table and will be personalizing all signatures.

It’s going to be chaos, folks – so get ready, stay ready and respect those in line ahead and behind you!
