All-day FREE festival with live music & drag to kick off Pride in Vancouver

Love checking out free music and arts events across the city? Pride season is coming up in Vancouver later this summer, but not before East Side Pride returns to Grandview Park with a full day of free festivities fit for all ages.

From 12 to 7 pm on Saturday, June 22nd, park visitors can dance to amazing live music by Magda Baker, Léral, FairyThing, Emerald Osagie, and ember*night, and enjoy entertaining drag performances by Sophia Diamonds, Percy Pegg, and Destinee Chai.

Hosted by Sasha Mark, the community-wide event is a chance for Vancouver’s East Side to embrace its diversity and celebrate the 2SLGBTQ+ community ahead of Pride, which officially begins on July 26th.
