Drake makes a surprise appearance at Nicki Minaj’s Toronto concert

Nicki Minaj brought out a pretty big guest during her Toronto show last night, April 30th. The singer was in the city for the second time since April 18th for her Pink Friday 2 World Tour and surprised the crowd with someone every Torontonian would recognize.

Fans got quite the extra bonus when the singer brought out Drake to join her on stage, and it wasn’t hard to get tickets to be there.

Just hours before the second Toronto show there was plenty of tickets still available on Ticketmaster and other resale ticket websites.

In a video posted by Scotiabank Arena, where the concert was held, Nicki is seen bringing Drake out on stage and telling the crowd to “make some noise for the King.”

Unsurprisingly, the crowd went wild for the Toronto legend and this certainly isn’t the first time we’ve heard Drake’s name this week.

The rapper has been a popular topic in the music world as of lately following the release of Kendrick Lamar’s latest track.

Fellow rapper Kendrick Lamar and Drake allegedly have a very lengthy beef between them which was seemingly confirmed to still be happening when Lamar dropped the song, “Euphoria”.

The song mentions the back and forth between the two and addresses Drake by his real name, Aubrey

Regardless, Nicki Minaj fans got a pretty sweet surprise and it was nice to see Drake back in Toronto showing some love for the city!
