The sun is shining, and we feel the need for speed. If you’re with us, there’s no better place to get your heart pumping than the Downhill Karting track in Calgary.
Gearing up to reopen for the 2025 season, this fast-moving attraction is not one to be missed
Speaking from experience, Calgary’s incredible track will not disappoint.
With over 50 twists and turns and over 1,800 metres of pavement, this wild destination will be a hit, especially on hotter days.
With good company and comfortable footwear, adventure seekers will pick up a helmet upon arrival before hitting the chairlift, then climb aboard.
No matter your experience behind the wheel, the part go-kart, part toboggan is incredibly easy to maneuver, but they’ll give you a crash course just in case.
Once you’re ready and all trained up, you’ll be encouraged to race down at super speed or slower or drive in tandem with your friends — you get to control the speed, so the ride is your oyster!
