While Türkiye has launched a digital nomad visa, like all other visas, there are some requirements you’ll need to meet.

Firstly, you need to be between the ages of 21 and 55.

If you meet the age requirement then you’ll also need to hail from the UK, US or Canada.

The visa will allow remote workers to live their best life from Türkiye for around six months to a year, with the possibility of renewal once or twice.

As great as it sounds to sit around and soak in the beauty of Türkiye all day, you’ll have to be working!

Applicants must have a monthly income of $3,000 (€2,800) or an annual income of $36,000 (€33,800), along with proof of employment or a business contract.

Alright, sold yet? Here’s how to apply.

The Turkish Culture and Tourism Ministry has streamlined the process with a user-friendly website, where you make sure you meet all the criteria and fill out/submit your application form.

Yes, it really is that easy! Time to take on a new adventure in Türkiye and get paid while you do it, Canada!
