This beer brand is bringing the feeling of “sunlight” to an underground commuter tunnel this fall

It’s officially the time of year Canadians dread most, where we wind back our clocks and say goodbye to long, sunny days. Daylight Saving has ended, which means shorter, darker days as we head into the winter months.

On the bright side (literally), Corona Canada has introduced Corona Sunbrew 0.0%.

Just ICYMI, Corona Sunbrew 0.0% is a one-of-a-kind, non-alcoholic beer that was launched earlier this year. What makes it one-of-a-kind? Well, the beer contains 30 percent of the daily value of vitamin D per 330 mL in Canada.

And they are now giving us a feeling of “sunshine” even in the darkest of places, aka, underground. Confused? Fascinated? Intrigued? Well, allow us to “shed some light” on the matter.

Corona Canada is brightening up one of Toronto’s underground commuter tunnels at the Toronto Eaton Centre with a cool activation called the ‘Sunbrew Sunshine Underground.’ The tunnel from Dundas Station will be lit up with “sun lights”, aka full spectrum lights that mimic natural light. So, commuters on the route can experience an extra minute of “sunlight”.

The activation will stay in place for six weeks, starting Sunday November 6 – just in time for our clocks to turn back during Daylight Savings – all the way until December 21 aka the shortest day of the year!

Frankly, we’d recommend you check out the “sunlit” Sunbrew Sunshine Underground tunnel, whether or not you’re a regular on the route. It’s a pretty bright idea!

Cheers to sunny days in life!
