Eat, shop & play in an inflatable hockey rink at Calgary’s Chinatown Street Festival this weekend

Not sure how to soak up another weekend of summer sun? This Saturday, head over to the Calgary Chinatown Street Festival, one of the biggest events to hit the inner-city hotspot all year round.

Featuring live performances, cultural tents, vendors, a kids zone and food trucks, there’s an entire day of fun to be had – all in celebration of culture, community, and of course – the beautiful weather.

This year there will be over 40 merchants offering everything from fresh-baked eats and art to clothing, knickknacks and more – but it gets better.

Not only will this event be an opportunity to get out, about and explore the inner city – It’ll also be a way to connect with Calgary’s professional sports teams.

In participation with the Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation, guests will be able to check hit up an inflatable Flames hockey rink, toss a football around with the Stampeders and get player autographs – all for FREE.

Can you think of a better way to spend an afternoon?
