Recent heatwave aside, Vancouver has had a pretty rainy and abnormally cold year so far – and sunflower season definitely took a major hit. However, we’ve got a bit of exciting news to share: The Chilliwack Sunflower Festival is back next week, and there will be nearly 50 stunning varieties of sunflowers to check out!
With warm summer air by your side, three picturesque garden displays, and a u-pick station – folks will have no issue strolling through the farm’s winding pathways, getting lost in a golden yellow sea of sunflowers. Plus, there will be an additional 50 varieties of Dahlias, 8 varieties of Gladiolas, and several varieties of Zinnias and Cosmos to appreciate.

The 5th annual Chilliwack Sunflower Festival will take place from Wednesday, August 10th to Monday, September 5th, with time slots available every day from 10 am to 6 pm.
Adult tickets go for $10 on weekdays and $15 on weekends. Alternatively, folks can opt to purchase season passes for unlimited entry into the festival all season long!
