BC’s world-famous swaying suspension bridge will soon have millions of sparkling holiday lights

With the holiday season rapidly approaching, it’s time to get excited for one of the most iconic holiday transformations in Metro Vancouver: Canyon Lights at Capilano Suspension Bridge.

The world-famous swaying bridge suspended high in the treetops of North Vancouver puts on a dazzling show every year, and 2024 is no exception.

Think light tunnels, a glowing path 110 feet above the forest floor, and the flowing Capilano River beneath you, and of course, a changing multi-colour display across the Treetop Adventure’s seven suspended bridges.

Oh, and live holiday tunes and mulled wine to keep you warm on your journey!

New this year? A postcard-worthy photo spot straight out of a holiday movie. Set against the backdrop of a festive forest with a charming vintage red truck and a friendly lumberjack bear, this is the perfect spot to snap a classic holiday photo.

Children of all ages can stop at the holiday market at the Treehouse at Treetops Adventure to pick up a holiday card, collecting stickers along the way to create their very own greeting card.

Craving a sweet treat while you roam the enchanted forest? You can pick up a Frostbite cocktail or cozy mulled wine from the Cliff House Restaurant & Bar, or indulge in a Braised Short Rib or Dark Chocolate Raspberry Yule Log.
