Giddy up! The Rodeo is coming to Edmonton & here’s where you can get your tickets

Grab your cowboy hats and polish those spurs to a shine. The Canadian Finals Rodeo (CFR) is bringing the energy back to Edmonton for another year, and this time, they’re celebrating their 50th anniversary!

This massive event comes off the heels of Rodeo Week in Edmonton, which lasts from Sunday, September 28th, to Sunday, October 6th. Get back to your roots and experience the height of Western soul with city-wide events like live country music, bingo, barrel racing, the Canadian Country Expo, and more.

All that comes to a head with the big event, so here’s everything you need to know about the Canadian Finals Rodeo happening from Wednesday, October 2nd, to Sunday, October 5th.

Whether you’re a seasoned rodeo lover or just want to see what all the fuss is about, there’s a place for you to cheer, clap, and stomp your feet.

This year marks a landmark milestone for the CFR as they celebrate their 50th year. This triumphant return to Edmonton will be at Roger’s Place, so you know downtown is going to be a party.

The Rodeo is an intrinsic part of the Wild West. It’s a tradition that spans history, and it never fails to take your breath away. Watch through your fingers as daring bull riders grabble against impossible odds. Or keep your eyes on the clock as contestants race against time to get the highest score.

In addition to the many different livestock events and all of the city-wide happenings of Rodeo Week, the CFR will also have a tradeshow and nightly cabaret.
