Some pretty big news dropped from Canada’s Wonderland this morning as the popular amusement park announced it’ll be reopening to the public in early July. After a long and tumultuous period of closure, the attraction wants folks to know they will be welcome to visit very very soon.
How soon? Right now it’s looking like the general public will be welcome as early as July 7th! Season Pass holders will be able to spot by even sooner, with a scheduled reopening on July 5th. All of this is conditional, of course, on the continually changing Ontario reopening framework.

If all goes according to plan, Canada’s Wonderland will reopen under the province’s Stage 2 regulations. There will be tons of new safety protocols in place, including required reservations, health screenings, mandatory masks, frequent sanitation, and more. You know, the usual COVID-19 rigamarole.
The amusement park will begin accepting reservations this week! Tickets will be available for sale starting Thursday, June 17th at 9 AM. All you’ve got to do is head online to nab yours.
So, there you have it, folks! Another momentous occasion in Ontario’s road to recovery. Here’s to all the excitement this city’s got in store.
