Ever wanted to live above the clouds? Well, you can – sort of. Toronto’s most notable suspended condo is now on sale and it can be yours for less than $4.5 million if you have the funds to fork over.
Located at 15 Iceboat Terrace, the Bridge Suites by Concord are the highest and largest suspended residences in the country. They are part of a 450-tonne, 40-metre structure that took more than 14 hours to lift into place.
After its completion in 2021, we were given a look inside the jaw-dropping suite, and needless to say, it didn’t disappoint.
With a hefty price tag of $4,250,000, the Concord Grand Bridge Suite occupies 4,168 square feet of living space spanning over 3 floors. It has three bedrooms, a den, and four bathrooms.

Looking at Toronto’s current real estate market, we’re not surprised with the price. Compared to what it was listed when it first hit the market, it did drop down a couple hundred thousand dollars.
