Calgary’s SAIT makes new list of best business schools in the world

Harvard, Columbia, Yale, Duke and SAIT! According to a new list, Calgary’s Southern Institute of Technology is right up there with some of the world’s best business schools, placing 52nd overall and 2nd in Canada.

Now, most YYC locals already know how incredible the hands-on school really is, but it’s still pretty cool to see it get some global recognition.

After analyzing publically available resources and statistics, as well as a survey they administered themselves, CEOWORLD Magazine was able to give each institution a score out of 100.

Everything from the school’s academic reputation, admission eligibility and job placement value; as well as recruiter feedback, specialization, global influence and its annual tuition were practically looked at under a microscope to determine the best of the best.

It was really no surprise that ivy league school, Harvard placed first or that Wharton in Philidelphia placed second, but the rest of the list, as it is relevant to Canada, may surprise you!

Here are the other northern institutions that were named among the best business schools in the world:

So go ahead, Alumni! You’ve got bragging rights until someone else does another list.
