Calgary’s dreamy Van Gogh exhibit is now holding weekly yoga classes

The second last day of the week can be stressful. With 48 hours of freedom just around the corner, it’s time to make plans or get out of the ones that you may have made while you were in a better mood. Plus any motivation that you may have – poof! She’s left the building because she knows the next day is of the Fri variety. Our advice? Treat yourself to an evening of deep breaths and art at Beyond Van Gogh Calgary’s Yoga Class!

For one hour every Thursday, the well-received art gallery becomes a sanctuary of sorts, immersing guests into the colourful world of a mad genius with a little help from an experienced instructor.

“Each class will bring a new sense of awareness through visual experiences, sounds, and guides,” they say on their Instagram.

In participation with Mountain Home Yoga, these sessions will run from 8:30 to 9:30 pm and are said to elevate the mind-body connection while creating a ‘dreaming and mystical journey’ through each practice.
