Calgary Zoo to host an adults-only ‘escape’ night next week!

Got date night plans next week? Well, now you do, and all thanks to the Calgary Zoo! The zoo just announced a brand new version of their popular ‘Locked Zoo’ experience. This time around, the theme is ‘Cryptic Cats’. Curious about it? We’ve got all the info you need to know.

Basically, the zoo will be closing to the general public a little early next Wednesday. Then, starting at 4:30PM, the zoo will begin allowing ticket holders in to enjoy the game! The experience is not timed, and guests are encouraged to explore and solve the puzzle at their own pace.

Of course, that means you’ll be winding through various parts of the zoo to find clues and solve the puzzles. Things don’t stop there, though, because you’ll be able to enjoy beverages (including alcoholic ones) during your visit. A beer, some puzzles, and big cats? What could be better!

The zoo knows what, since they’re also offering dinner boxes to enjoy! You can pick from 4 different options, including a sausage and shrimp jambalaya and a ginger beef noodle box. Like we said, if you didn’t have a date night planned next week, this is a great option.
