As always, everyone’s favourite waddly residents will take to the pathways of the Calgary Zoo for a seasonal stroll and you’re invited to join them!

This event will depend on the weather, but as long as it’s chilly enough, up to fourteen king penguins will participate each day at 10:30 am between Saturday the 13th and mid-March.

Interested? Plan ahead and catch Diana, Grace, Solomon, Cleopatra, Louis, Phillipe, Henri, Napoleon, George, Boudicca, Rupert, Arthur, Alfred and their king penguin chick, Augustus, on an outdoor adventure.

Tickets can be purchased now and will also grant you access to the rest of the Zoo – but don’t hesitate!

You won’t want to miss it, after all, it’s certainly not every day that you get to see a penguin go for a stroll down the street!

Penguin Walk – Calgary Zoo

When: Saturday, January 13th to mid-March 2024 (weather depending)
Where: 210 St. George’s Drive NE, Calgary
Time: 10:30 am
