Bundle up and waddle out, animal lovers. While it may not warm your hands, the Calgary Zoo Penguin Walk is back to warm our hearts for its 10th year in a row.
Starting today, January 11th, continuing into mid-March, twelve of the Zoo’s tuxedo-wearing cuties will hit the pathways for a parade unlike any other – as long as the weather permits it.
Every day at 10:30 am, staff will release the king penguin colony for a leisurely stroll through the park as a way to keep their brains and bodies healthy and happy, while also delighting guests of all ages.
