Calgary Stampede offering FREE admission to frontline workers and guests

Heads up folks, because chances are high that you or someone you know can take advantage of the Calgary Stampede’s latest offer. The Stampede has announced free admission for frontline workers and up to 3 of their guests, as thanks for their work over the past year and a bit. Here are the details.

The one-time-only offer is available for the first 4 days of the Stampede (July 9th to July 13th). All frontline and essential workers are eligible, and the Stampede made a quick list of jobs that are considered OK. It includes everything from first responders to retail workers to truck drivers and construction workers, so they’ve really left no stone unturned.

What’s more, no proof of ID/job verification is required to redeem this offer. All potential visitors need to do is head online, select up to 4 people (them and 3 guests), and voila! Free admission to the Stampede. We should note that service fees do apply, but that’s a mere $1.25 a guest.

Potential visitors can also redeem this offer at the gates, but it is recommended to book ahead due to park capacity. So, if anyone you know is an essential worker and wants to check it out, make sure to let them know about this great offer!
