Downtown Calgary is already a hip-happenin’ place, but the city council has an idea that could see its residential population skyrocket.
Later today, Tuesday, December 15th, city officials will discuss converting existing office buildings into apartment complexes. Fun right?
This may come as no surprise to some of you, but right now, office space vacancy is significantly higher than in years past and due to the success of remote work, this won’t likely change after COVID.
