Top vendors to look out for at Bite of Seattle 2023

The countdown to Seattle’s most epic food fest is running. We’re talking, of course, about Bite of Seattle 2023, or simply, The Bite.

Given the immense buzz around the festival, it is hardly possible to have missed the news. But on the off chance you did miss it, the food festival, is back for the first time since 2019. And it’s making quite the grand return with over 50 musical performances, more than 200 vendors and a brand new owner.

Bite of Seattle 2023 will take over the Seattle Center from Friday, July 21st to Saturday, July 23rd. And while entry to the festival is free there are VIP tickets available which are currently on sale. In case you were wondering, the VIP tickets do have their perks. Here’s what you can do as a VIP ticketholder—

  • Enjoy exclusive access to a specially designated VIP viewing area at the Mural Stage (main stage).
  • Bring your own towels and chairs with low back support.
  • Benefit from convenient access to VIP restrooms located at the Mural Stage.
  • Receive a ticket to the Beer & Cider Tasting Garden, situated at the lower level of Fisher Pavilion, offering 5 tasting opportunities.
  • Gain entry to a dedicated VIP viewing area at the Fountain Stage.

The Bite, is being elevated by the popular food-ordering app CHEQ! Yes, the one you can use to gift your loved ones amazing food and drink experiences, irrespective of how many states away they are.

Naturally then, this year, the fest is bringing a mobile-first experience. What that means is that you don’t have to waste time queuing up. You can place remote orders from wherever you are at the festival – one of the 3 beer gardens, wine garden or attending a performance – from the CHEQ app.

This also means that Bite of Seattle 2023 is going to be cashless this year. And that getting your hands on all the delicious bites won’t result in you missing out on all the fun. Pretty neat, eh?

And talking of performances, this year is also bringing an impressive and electric line-up of musical artists. These include headliners Sir Mix-A-Lot and Polyrhythmics.

The highlight of the event, however, continues to be its huge selection of vendors. Think 200 local eateries including restaurants, bakeries, breweries and more. Each of these serves up the very best of Seattle’s diverse culinary scene.

Here is a list of some of the confirmed vendors that we are looking forward to—
