These are the best places to work in Canada in 2023

Do you think your workplace is the best in the country? Maybe it is! In that case, you may want to know about the other best places to work in Canada, courtesy of Glassdoor.

The job-seeking site has recently published its list of 25 Best Places to Work in Canada for 2023. They looked at companies where employees felt truly valued and, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic changed the work dynamic, how these companies evolved with the times.

And despite all the changes, stress, and complications that came, according to Glassdoor, these companies were able to remain on top and balanced throughout. The winners were determined based on employee feedback alone.

The list features employers in a range of industries like tech, finance, consulting, telecommunications, insurance, and more. “Many companies made our ’23 list in part due to work-life balance, career growth opportunities, and flexible work schedules,” according to Glassdoor. “Of the top 10 companies, six were on last year’s best places to work list.”

This year, the top Canadian company to work for in 2023 is none other than Google. Curious to find out who’s in the top 10? Here’s the list as follows:
