REGGAE UP NORTH

Get ready to dance! Reggae Up North will be taking over in Old Strathcona for a street concert – but not only that, there will be food & drinks, along with local Caribbean vendors. A portion will be free, and a paid concert will start at 6 pm.

EDMONTON YOUTH ORCHESTRA

The Edmonton Youth Orchestra Association is widely regarded as one of the finest youth orchestra programs in Canada! You can catch them live this month, with tickets starting at $10.

MOTHER’S DAY AT MUTTART

Mother’s Day is coming up, and what better way to celebrate than heading to the Muttart Conservatory? On May 14th, Makami College students will be giving chair massages for guests. What else can you expect? “The Orchid Species Preservation Foundation will be hosting orchid corsage making for the first 100 adults. Those who do not receive a corsage will receive a plant or seeds to take home (while supplies last). Singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, composer, and theatre performer, Lindsey Walker will be performing in the beautiful feature pyramid beginning at 1 p.m.”

THE CANADA-WIDE SCIENCE FAIR (CWSF) 

The Canada-Wide Science Fair (CWSF) is the country’s largest annual youth science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) event, bringing together top young scientists and their projects! There will be select days for the public to check it out- for Free!
