There’s a new elevated speakeasy in Toronto but in order to access it, you need to go through a hidden door. Offering a mysterious yet elegant bar experience, Bar 404 is the newest addition to Toronto’s downtown lineup, and here’s what to know.
The stunning new spot officially opens its doors on August 23rd in the area of King and John. Bar 404 will be the newest spot to enjoy enchanting cocktails and delicious eats within a lightly dimmed yet wondrous setting.
First things first – find a way to get inside. Luckily for you, as you enter the main door, you will be guided through a hidden door that swings open into the speakeasy.

“We wanted to create a space where people can escape the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary,” said Paddy Yang, founder of Bar 404.
“Our goal is to create a destination for our guests, whether it’s after work or after hours to relax in this luxurious twist on the speakeasy concept.”
