Banff Pride is back for another year with 2 weekends of music, dance, love, and revelry. Rub elbows with Canada’s Drag Race royalty like Scarlett Bobo and Pythia, or dance your heart out to the performances of local 2SLGBTQIA+ musicians.
You’re in for 2 fun-filled weekends from Friday, October 4th to Monday, October 14th with multiple events happening daily. From professional shows to a bustling Pride Market, here’s everything you can expect and where you can get your tickets.

On Saturday, October 12th from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, you can shop the Banff Pride Marketplace to discover a diverse array of artworks, crafts, and unique creations by talented 2SLGBTQ+ artists.
See what treasures you find in the historic Mason Hall, and support local creatives selling everything from paintings and sculptures to jewellery and fashion.
Club Detour: Get the party started on Friday, October 4th with a massive dance party! Club Detour will be back at Banff with rotating DJs covering genres like house, club, disco, and dance-pop. Pythia Queen will even be there as a special guest!
Mountaintop Pride: Take the Banff gondola and experience Pride atop the scenic Sulphur Mountain. There will be a full day of all-ages programming on Saturday, October 5th, so don’t miss out!
Pride Under The Big Top: You can also enjoy the circus on Saturday, October 5th with an immersive night of talented performances. Ooh and ahh at the stunts of the Beau Valley Circus alongside star of RuPaul’s Drag Race Global All Stars Pythia Queen and certified circus freak, star of Canada’s Drag Race S1 Scarlett Bobo.
Dolly After Dark: Step into a world of queer country magic, where country meets camp and legendary drag star Jaylene Tyme dazzles on Friday, October 11th! Think rhinestones, cowboy boots, and a whole lot of sass!
Of course, that’s just a small taste of what’s in store. There will also be Drag Brunch at The Moxy and The Bluebird, in addition to improv nights, amateur strip, and a performance by Calgary’s Queer Country artist Robert Adam on Friday, October 11th.
There’s honestly so much to do, you just have to go experience it for yourself!
