You know what they say… as one love door closes, another one opens! The first-ever season of Bachelor in Paradise Canada ended last night, and wouldn’t you know it, casting has already started for season 2! Feel like strutting your romantic stuff on the national stage? Here’s what to know about it.
Basically, Bachelor in Paradise is a spin on the long-lasting franchise, offering former bachelors and bachelorettes the chance to mingle with new faces over 4 or so weeks during the summer. The goal? First, to find love, and second, to lock it down with a marriage proposal.

No, seriously, one of the questions on the casting call is “Are you ready to give or get a proposal of marriage? Why?” So, while, the only couple to emerge from the first season of Bachelor in Paradise Canada did not get engaged, that’s not really the norm.
Filming for Bachelor in Paradise Canada will take place sometime in May and June of 2022. Once again, contestants will be whisked off to a secret destination somewhere in Canada that is the “perfect location to fall in love”. Hey, well even if things don’t work out with you and your new boo, this does sound like a pretty awesome vacation anyway.
