Ashlee Simpson collabs with beloved Vancouver-based brand for new size-inclusive collection

When it comes to slow fashion in Canada, Smash + Tess is one of the biggest names around, with a cult-like following and a history of creating sell-out dresses, rompers, and more. And if you’re a fan of retro-inspired wear, you’ll definitely want to check out the brand’s latest collection, which is in collaboration with American singer-actress Ashlee Simpson.

The new collection features eight size-inclusive styles for women, men, and children, ranging from 3XS to 4X. In addition to maintaining the brand’s commitment to slow fashion, the new styles offer something for every member of the family to enjoy.

“I chose to collaborate with Smash + Tess for many reasons! I love the idea of a women-owned, women-run business – I think that is so important! They are an inclusive brand which I appreciate and being a mom of 3, I look for comfort and style,” said Ashlee Simpson Ross in a release.

Smash + Tess founder Ashley Freeborn and Ashlee Simpson Ross designed this collection with their own families in mind, as both are hard-working moms with hectic schedules to keep track of. The new rompers, dusters, and dresses were designed to be both “functional and effortless trendy,” so that the whole family can dress up together.

Shoppers can officially check out the new collection on Tuesday, March 28th, when it launches online. Note that retail prices range from $60 to $160 CAD.

Happy shopping!
