A massive party dubbed “Luke Combs Meets Calvin Harris” is coming to Calgary.
Over 45,000 tickets have been sold worldwide to this country/EDM mashup, and it’s quickly becoming one of the hottest events in the live entertainment industry.
It’s called Boots ‘N Beats and started with humble origins as a small concept with the aim of merging country and EDM communities.
You’ll be singing along to a cover of Luke Combs one minute before fist-bumping to “Levels” the next under the light of a neon moon at this massive party.
The best part? It’ll all take place at The Arrowhead, Calgary’s newest live event venue.
There’s not a ton of overlap between EDM and country, but for resident Calgarians, we’re quite familiar with the idea of getting absolutely plastered in a cowboy hat.
In fact, our resident annual Calgary Stampede is a bit of a taster for this concept, as the event’s Nashville North tent draws crowds in the thousands each year.
Boots ‘N Beats will be going down at The Arrowhead, and you’d better bust out the leather chaps and bolo ties from the closet if you want to attend.
The event has exploded into a 100+ touring series that’s sold out venues from coast to coast across North America.
In 2025 alone, it sold over 40,000 tickets, proof that this unexpected music combination is a huge hit with the next generation.
The evening will begin with an acoustic set of fan-favourite country covers that you’ll love singing along to.
Then things will transition into a DJ-driven headline set that fuses familiar country hits with high-energy, electronic drops.
You can go fishing in the dark for a new flame at Boots ‘N Beats, or just enjoy the dedication to all your favourite country anthems, like “Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy)” and “Man! I Feel Like A Woman!” set to an absolutely filthy bass line.
It will be a night to unload, dance, two-step and shimmy with friends new and old.
So load up on some Jack Daniel’s, grab your best buds and head on down to Boots ‘N Beats.
