Amazon Canada is giving away $50 gift cards for your act of kindness this holiday season

Of the many stereotypes about the Great White North, the one that we love to live up to and wear proudly on our sleeve is Canadian kindness. And turns out, this holiday season, Amazon Canada is rewarding us for paying it forward with The Kindness Exchange.

This month, Amazon Canada has a travelling pop-up truck coming to (or near) your city called The Kindness Exchange. As part of the pop-up, Amazon Canada is giving away $50 gift cards to Canadians for committing to doing a good deed.

All you have to do is visit the pop-up, and pledge to volunteer your time or perform an act of kindness, like donating unused items to charity, or shovelling an elderly neighbour’s driveway.

If you’d rather pick from a list, you can choose from acts of kindness developed to reflect the charitable initiatives of Amazon Canada employees. It is, after all, their generosity that inspired this initiative.

Throughout the holiday season and beyond, Amazon Canada is supporting more than 50 charities across the country. This support is extended by way of volunteering, monetary donations and in-kind contributions.
