A summer weekend filled with live music, good eats, and great shopping? Yeah, it’s not exactly hard to sell us on that. Edmonton’s Wild Heart Collective recently revealed their summer plans, including the return of Al Fresco on 4th! Here’s what to know about it.
There are actually two different experiences coming from Wild Heart this year. Billed as the ‘Summer Series’, the 124 Grand Market is also set to make a return. That’s also set to last a little longer, running Thursday, Saturdays, and Sundays at locations around the city starting on May 12th.

Meanwhile, the actual Al Fresco on 4th won’t arrive until Saturday, June 25th. Once it’s here, you’ll have 10 opportunities to go check it out for yourself. And we suggest you do, since it combines extended patios, food trucks, local vendors, and even live music to enjoy. Like we said, the perfect option for kicking off a summer weekend.
Our advice? Just go to both whenever you can! There’s no denying that this major series is of the things that makes our city a great place to be in the summer.
