This is Toronto’s newest indoor golf lounge & it has over 200 courses to play

Whether you consider yourself a golf pro, or not, this new lounge in Toronto should be on your radar. Ace Golf Bar & Lounge calls itself “Toronto’s first premium golf eatertainment facility,” and here’s why it’ll be on our rotation!

Ace Golf opened at the end of December, and was a joint effort between Daniel Yang, Oscar Lao, and head chef An Nguyen.

The Space

Located at 588 Eastern Avenue, you’ll find 7,000 square feet of space that divides itself comfortably to 6 simulator sections. Five of them can seat up to 6 guests, and one of the simulators is a private bay near the bar that seats up to 16.

Trackman technology & over 200 courses

If you’re familiar with golf, you may have heard of Trackman, which is the technology used at Ace Golf Bar. These Trackman powered bays have everything from tutorials, training, to driving range and golf courses. It also has arcade style mini-games.

Overall, you’ll find over 200 courses where the difficulty can be increased by changing pin positions, mulligan size, wind, and which tees you hit off of.

For the golfers among us, you can bring your own clubs. They also have clubs available there if you don’t own any.

“We really tried to create an environment that anyone can feel comfortable in, regardless if you’re a PGA pro or an avid foodie,” Yang told Curiocity.

“Eatertainment”

And food is a big aspect of the lounge, being an ‘eatertainment’ facility.

“We strive to create an exceptional food & drink experience with creative Asian inspired takes on old classics while staying true to our roots,” said Yang.

The new lounge has partnered with DAM sandwiches for their lunch program, as well, their regular menu includes fusion dishes like a Buratta Cucumber Salad, a Rice Paper Slaw, and Leche de Tigre (the signature/must try dish).

For drinks, several cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages are available on their menu. They have a full bar, with bar seats, to lounge in before or after your golf.

Another standout feature, he adds, is the ambience, with custom mood lighting and murals installed by a local Toronto artist, Avril Wu.

Costs

Reservations for the bays are recommended. If you are booking a General Bay, off-peak is at $35 per hour, while peak pricing is $45 an hour. The Private Bay will cost $45 per hour off-peak, and $55 otherwise.

Have fun & we’ll see you on the ‘indoor’ golf course!
