A Paris-inspired ‘secret garden oasis’ just opened in Toronto (PHOTOS)

There’s a new spot to soak up European vibes in the city. A “secret garden” has opened up downtown and it’s inspired by the Hermès rooftop garden “Un Jardin sur le Toit” in Paris, France. The pop-up is located at the site of a new 79-floor condo project called Concord Canada House. Your trip to the garden will include a culinary experience from one of the city’s best pastry chefs and, of course, cocktails.

The seating area is surrounded by lush green space and floral accents, giving it an “oasis” effect. The pop-up is both indoor and outdoor and features a marble infinity table inside. The patio tables are surrounded by greenery, designed to make you feel tucked away from the city.

The condo at this space promises to have some of the best views in the city, and the “highest residential amenity club” in Canada, complete with a Skyspa plunge pool, a Sky Lounge with a restaurant and 30-foot ceilings, and a fitness area for spinning, yoga, and weight training. It’ll even have a skating rink out front, which will be used as a pond in the summer.

The living spaces are also designed to make the most of the city and lake views through what they call “super balconies,” extra-large alfresco living rooms with ceiling heaters, lighting, wood decking, and high glass railings to block the wind. Basically, everything you need to relax on your balcony on a chilly night without freezing to death.

As with all experiences that sound a little *too lovely, there is a catch – a visit to the secret garden is appointment only and is open to those interested in a condo at Concord Canada House You can book your visit by getting in touch with a sales agent.

This is far from the only patio oasis that’s new to Toronto this summer. There’s the Hamptons-inspired Summer House at Hotel X, Toronto’s new European beach club, and the sprawling Myth patio, to name a few.
