A new virtual reality arcade with simulators, party rooms & a lounge just opened in Calgary

After the last year that we had, we could definitely all use an escape. Stampede magic only goes so far and despite how ‘trippy’ it may be to watch the Polar Express after dark without blinking, it certainly isn’t what we’d consider a ‘transcendent’ experience. Luckily there is a place where you can take life by the controllers and really outrun, outwit and even outfly reality. This summer, check out VMersion, a newly opened virtual arcade with top-of-the-line equipment and games.

Located in Calgary’s Deerfoot Meadows, this one-of-a-kind adult play place is so much more than just another spot where you can book a booth and wander aimlessly with a joystick.

Using VR simulators, players can actually feel like they’re riding motorcycles, piloting planes and defying gravity – but that’s not all!
