Well, we just found out about an amazing thing coming to North Van to cap off the summer. Today, a huge new outdoor market and concert series called Shipyards Live was announced. What’s more, things kick off next week! Here’s what to know about it.
The City of North Vancouver, government officials, and Shipyards representatives have been working to get the series off the ground. Things kick off on July 30th, and won’t wrap up until September 18th. That’s over 7 weeks of fun for you to enjoy!

In addition to the live music, there will also be a beer garden to sink some suds at, as well as an array of food trucks and artisan vendors to enjoy. Basically, it’s going to be a one-stop shop for food, drinks, and entertainment, with a little shopping on the side. And well, we can’t think of a better way to enjoy a weekend!
More information about the music lineup as well as the food trucks will be released shortly. We’ll let you know when that happens, folks!
