Just in time for this piping hot weekend, we found out that the beautiful Park & Tilford Gardens in North Vancouver have officially reopened! This garden has been trucking along for over five decades, offering a lovely place to relax and take a stroll on the North Shore.
The gardens actually closed to the public last November due to public health restrictions. But, the reopening of the province means they’re back! Located beside the Park & Tilford Shopping Mall (makes sense), there are actually 7 different gardens to explore.

Which, of course, makes the space seem much larger than the 2 acres it occupies. During your visit, you’ll be treated to a wide variety of plants highlighting the North Shore’s growing conditions, sculptures, and architectural touches. Basically, it’s the perfect place to stop by for a quick visit.
And of course, that’s made all the better because it’s free! That’s right, you can explore a North Vancouver landmark, which has been maintained for over 50 years, for a whopping zero dollars. If that doesn’t sell you, we don’t know what will.
See you down there, folks!
