In case you didn’t know, today is International Women’s Day! And it just so happens that Seattle has a ton of amazing women-owned businesses. So we thought we’d introduce you to a few. Here are 15 awesome women-owned businesses to support in Seattle.
In addition, we at Curiocity recognize the inherent issues that come with dedicating a time frame to address a particular social problem. We feel as though it is imperative to recognize these problems day to day, and do our best to present balanced articles spotlighting and championing all races and genders. Additionally, we would like to make it clear that we use the term ‘women’ intersectionally.

If you wear glasses, Eyes On You is a local optometrist and eyewear retailer that focuses on unique frames from independent retailers and designers. So you can look and feel your best in a pair of glasses from this women-owned shop. Be sure to check them out if you’re in the market.

Yes, we all know that Seattle is a tech city. And with that comes some nerdiness and love of science which is why we’re big fans of Ada’s. This spot has a delicious vegetarian cafe and an amazing selection of books for you to browse and shop from. And of course, it’s women-owned and named after the iconic Ada Lovelace.
