Bigger & Brighter: ZOOLIGHTS returns to Calgary next month with new experiences & a Polar Wonderland

It’s a holiday tradition, and it is back and bigger than ever! ZOOLIGHTS, Calgary’s magical festive event, returns for its 26th year and will be glowing for seven weeks starting next month.

ZOOLIGHTS presented by Olympia Trust Company, returns on November 18, 2022, and will run until January 8, 2023. And organizers are promising a bigger, brighter experience with more magical themes.

“This year’s ZOOLIGHTS will feature exciting themed areas and activities including a new story in Prehistoric Park, a new Polar Wonderland, a multi-sensory experience in the gorilla amphitheatre, the Nutcracker in the ENMAX Conservatory, brand new Snow Globes for rent and so much more,” states the event website.

“Of course, we’re bringing back all the classic activities everyone has come to love like the “Tunnel of Light”, Skating Rink, Firepits and Rival Axe Throwing.”
