As we’re already halfway through August somehow, there are only two sandwich rotations left in Seattle Seafood Month. This week you can snag the “Lil Local Burger” by Chef Victor Steinbrueck of Local Tide. The burger has rockfish, a pork and shrimp patty with sweet mayo, chili garlic oil, cabbage slaw with sesame vinaigrette on a Lil Woody’s bun. We know what you’re having for lunch today.

If you happen to be a fan of McDonald’s you’ll be excited to know that next week’s burger is the “Lil Woody’s Fillet-O-Fish”. It was created by Chef Brian Miyamoto of Lil Woody’s. The fish sandwich has beer-battered Alaskan pollock, pickle-ly tartar sauce, shredded lettuce, and American cheese on a Lil Woody’s bun. It’s sure to become a new favorite of yours.

This week’s sandwich is available until the 23rd and next week’s sandwich will be available until the 30th.
