The Naoi Cailini Oga Estate is larger than life in every way. It boasts a 21,200 sq. ft. manor that includes a 4350 sq ft temperature-controlled indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna room. You’ll also find a foyer with a soaring ceiling, private study, formal dining, and living areas, and two wood-burning fireplaces.

Now in somewhat classic grand Washington style, this home is definitely a little over the top. We’re getting some Marie Antoinette vibes from many of the chateau influences that are seen throughout the home. But that also kinda seems appropriate for a winery somehow.

So what about that winery part? Well, the estate includes 3 acres of wine-producing vineyard as well as park-like landscaping and a private tasting room. The current vineyard produces excellent Carmenere wine which means you can carry on with the property’s winemaking legacy. Talk about a new hobby!

Now you’re probably expecting all this to cost a fortune and you’ll be surprised to know that the property is only $3.75 million. We say only because well, you can get something a lot smaller for the same price without the winemaking capabilities in Seattle. Now we’ll assume that price is low because there are a whole lot of expenses that go along with operating a winery.
