You and 13 friends can stargaze in style at this insane hidden Airbnb in Canada

We’re always on the hunt for new Airbnbs to check out. Not because we can afford them, but because it’s fun to see what sort of unique trips we might be able to take in the future. Fingers crossed we hit it big on the lottery, so we can go stargaze in style at this wild Airbnb overlooking the St. Lawrence River.

It’s called Chalet La Perséide (we know it’s a meteor reference). This modern home sits on the hills above the river, offering incredible views of the region. And basically, it’s the kind of dream vacation home everyone wants to experience at least once.

Which is probably why the price (around $1300/night) is so high. But credit where credit is due because this spot does feature 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 people. All of a sudden that price tag looks a lot more reasonable, hey? Dibs on the horse bedroom.

The listing claims that this home is perfect for ‘work retreats’. And while we agree, we do have to admit that we’re getting some serious Ex Machina vibes from the location and the design. So if you think you’ve solved the Turing Test, get your butt down here with your smartest (and sort of gullible) programmer.

And of course, for the more traditionally-minded guests, this home is super close to a bunch of amenities. Head down to the water, go for a round of golf, or just take a stroll on one of the many nature trails in the area. Easy-peasy, and you can even charge your Tesla while you do it.
