Toronto’s getting a Pay What You Can winter market with skating & food trucks

The city never lacks when it comes to holiday experiences! And here’s another to add to your already long list of holiday markets. There’s a Pay What You Can winter market coming to Toronto featuring a handful of local vendors, food trucks, vintage finds, and skating.

Evergreen Brick Works’ Winter Market returns this December 10th and 17th, and both the Ontario Artisan Market and Ontario Vintage Market will be tagging along for the fun.

Attendees can expect a wholesome shopping experience, browsing the collection of local products like jewelry, candles, records, handmade cards, and art. It’s a great way to support local.

After your little shopping spree, stop by the food court and check out the food trucks.

Grab a hot chocolate and make your way to the skating rink – you’ll want to lace up those skates and hit the ice.

You can also expect children’s activities, Weekend Nature Play, live performances and so much more.

According to organizers, this year’s market is a “Pay What You Can” experience so those who attend are being asked “to pay what they are willing/able to when they get to the market.”

“This allows the market to remain accessible but also allows us to raise funds that go directly back to running the site and towards beloved programming like Free Public Skating and Weekend Nature Play.”

Check out The Winter Market on both dates from 11 AM to 5 PM.

Add that to your holiday bucket list!
