This night market along Toronto’s waterfront has a Floating Lantern festival

Who’s ready for food, music and fun this summer? If that’s you then mark your calendar for August 9th – 11th, when the Waterfront Night Market takes to Toronto. Here’s everything you need to know about the three-day event.

According to the Waterfront Night Market, “The 2024 edition of the WNM continues to be anchored by the Signature Pan-Asian Food Festival, Kre8ions Cultural Showcase, and Illuminasian Floating Lantern & Music Festival.”

Yep – it’s going to be amazing!

The night market will open starting on Friday, August 9th from 6:00 PM-midnight, 4:00 PM-midnight on Saturday and 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM on Sunday.

The Pan-Asian Food Festival will include various Pan-Asian food vendors so make sure to show up hungry!

From there, guests can enjoy the rows of booths at the Kre8ions Artisan Showcase and check out the stages for DJ sets and other musical performances.

The Waterfront Night Market will be a 19+ event on Friday and Saturday so ID will be required at the door. Sunday is open to all ages.

If you want to buy a three-day VIP pass for two you can do so here. The pass costs $88 plus HST and includes two VIP Entrance (weekend tickets redeemable upon check-in), two bar drinks (redeemable nightly) and two floating water lanterns.

Single day tickets for Friday and Saturday can be purchased here starting at $15 per person, while Sunday tickets cost $5 per child and $10 per adult.
